I had a SO MUCH FUN creating this mixed media canvas for a class that I'll be teaching at Weekend Memories at the end of the month. Usually I create and teach mini album classes, but I thought that I'd do something different this time.
In March I took a wonderful class, taught by Logan at Camp Crop-A-Lot, where we used the "SHE was a daughter" Christy Tomlinson stamp made by Unity Stamp Company. I fell in love with it and had to get one for myself.
Embedded on the dress of the stamp is "she was a daughter of God." But by utilizing the "Box Word Set" by Rubbernecker Stamps I was able to change the words to impart what I wanted to convey.
You can even can even print and cut your own words and stick them on the dress... the possibilities are endless!
Nice canvas. Just getting started with my art journaling and mixed media and I can feel it taking over my "traditional" way of scrapbooking. I've got come canvas too. Just might pull it out soon and create!
