The Gluten-Free Diner Cookbook

I don’t have Celiac Disease, but I know many people that do. Including the author of just released The Gluten-Free Diner Cookbook, Diane Eblin.

Diane is well-known for her blog – The W.H.O.L.E. Gang (Whole Healthy Organic Living Everyday) where she keeps you up-to-date on the latest information, resources, ideas, recipes and anything else you are looking for in the world of healthy eating.

“Inside The Gluten-Free Diner you will find 48 diner-inspired recipes for everything from bacon and eggs to chocolate sorbet.  These are my original recipes that I have served to family and friends so they’ve been road tested.  They were created to be gluten and dairy free but full of flavor.  You will also find an index based on ingredients and my Gluten-Free Diner menu.  This will give you ideas on how to take the recipes in this cookbook and make them into so many meal combinations that you may not ever get tired of them.”

Diane is a fabulous cook and she is she shares her love of tasty, healthy food and green living with readers around the world every day.

The Gluten-Free Diner Cookbook is an e-book that can arrive instantly to your email in-box after you order it.  You can download it now and be eating your favorite diner meals in no time at all!

Where’s the crafting tie-in you ask? Well, Diane is also a prolific journal writer, talented painter, scrapbooker, and all-around crafter. And now, she  adds “Author” to that list!

Be sure to check out The W.H.O.L.E. Gang blog, 30 Days to a Food Revolution, and The W.H.O.L.E. Gang Facebook page.

Until next time…keep creating!

This is a cool book to hear about! I don’t eat gluten-free, but my twin sister can’t eat gluten, yeast, eggs or dairy, so she’s been increasingly checking out gluten-free cooking unfortunately a lot of the time it calls for other ingredients she can’t eat.

Anyway I found your blog on the swap-bot swap Check out my Blog and my username on there is strandedhero :)
